Hello! It's Friday!!! I sent the EUR message board info about my book today, Fragrance. That is my favorite spot to go to read up on what's going on at the electronic urban radio and their boards jump with lively and interesting conversation. www.eurweb.com If I didn't make it clear before. The Book is Fragrance and the Author is Princene (no last name, just one name)
My friend, Shane, is one of the owners of this shoe dynasty I asked you to check out in my title today. I was feeling very frustrated over the process of getting my first novel out.....going through this transition of working a 9 to 5 job to moving into a level where I am doing book signings, travelling, giving motivational speeches, and meeting interesting people all over the world. Also because I am single again I wonder if this is what Jill Scott went through when I read somewhere that she saw a man at one of her concerts and just knew he was going to become her husband. I wonder if my true Prince Charming is out there? Maybe that is why I wrote this book.....but I don't think so. I was in a good place in my life and was reading much Eric Jerome Dickey's books when I began to hear this voice within, and knew that Fragrance was being birthed. And then Candy came...... So it began to be like a movie in my mind and now they are alive through print. And eventually through film.
If you haven't written anything in your life before, please, today, make that leap. They have beautiful binded blank pages books at bookstores, Office Depot or Staples. And you can go to your bedroom, or outside on the porch, or go to the beach, and turn off everything....then write.
You can start like this....."Princene told me to write, so here it goes"...... And I would be interested in hearing about the process you went through. Keep your writing to yourself but let me know how you felt after using your creative side of your brain. I am hoping it brings a clear light to your soul. I really do not get off on the negative, dark side of writings....but as you can see those kinds of things are out there. But most book publishers want clean stuff. So I advise you to 'go there' as much as you can.
Take care and have a great day!
